The Summer Reading Challenge

A message from our library at Campus West:

As you are probably aware, our Summer Reading Challenge in the library will be running a little differently this year to keep us all safe.

We understand that it’s difficult to get round the library in 15 minutes, especially with children, so local staff have made a short video to help you get familiar with how the first visit will look.

We have modified the usual “tell me about your books” conversation to something a little quicker, and behind our lovely Perspex window to help everyone feel safe. We can tell you more about this if you’re not sure, but hopefully this video will reassure anyone who is a bit nervous about coming.

We are also running the challenge at Woodhall Library (Cole Green Lane) and Welwyn Community Library (Prospect Place) if either of these are your nearest library. They also have safety measures, such as a Perspex screen in place.
