Places for clubs are booked on a termly basis with booking for each term opening within the first week of that term.

 

For safeguarding purposes, before your child can attend a teacher-led after school club, the school requires notification of who will be collecting your child.  It is requested that you complete the form titled “Collection Authorisation”.
