The governors and senior leadership team (SLT) have a three-year strategic vision for the school:

Our ambitious curriculum’s intent and implementation are embedded securely and consistently across the school which leads to high levels of engagement, achievement and progress for all children, regardless of their starting points
Behaviour and Attitudes:
Children display high levels of pro-activity, responsibility and self-control throughout the school consistently demonstrating behaviour and attitudes that are exemplary
Children are confident, resilient and respectful individuals with the knowledge to keep themselves healthy and supportive and caring of one another
The Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS):
Our EYFS is nurturing, supportive and highly ambitious for every child, regardless of their starting points, leading to strong progress and children who are curious, highly engaged and motivated
Learning Improvement Plan (LIP):
The strategy is supported by a Learning Improvement Plan each year.
Each year, the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team determine areas for school improvement and these are articulated in a plan which is shared with staff and approved by the governors. Priorities are chosen and specific objectives written and throughout the year progress is monitored.
